Shipping policy

Purchases for delivery within 10 miles of: AppleYard, Station Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA15 7AA will be delivered by store staff.

Purchases for delivery outside of the 10 mile radius of the store will be delivered by an assigned courier service.

Orders received before 2pm daily for local delivery (within 10 miles radius) will be shipped for same day delivery.

Orders received after 2pm daily for local delivery will be shipped for next day delivery.

Orders received before 5pm for delivery outside of the 10 mile radius will be shipped via courier for next day delivery.

Parcels cannot be left unattended and a signature will be required on delivery.

Our courier will contact you on your delivery day to advise your one hour delivery window. If the recipient is unavailable when delivery is attempted, a card will be left so redelivery or collection from your local depot can be arranged.
